Minimizing Procurement Red Tape with DoD OTA’s

Currently, 11 federal agencies and activities have been granted ‘Other TransactionAuthority, including the Department of Defense. On Thursday, Dod-seal pngJune 9, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST in Washington, DC, The American Small Business Coalition will be joined by Victor Deal, a government analyst at Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (DPAP) who covers contract policy and international contracting. Mr. Deal joins us to lead a discussion and take questions related to the use of this little known acquisition procedure when used by DoD activities.

About DPAP

DPAP is responsible for all Contracting and Procurement policy matters including e-Business in the Department of Defense (DoD). DPAP executes that policy through the timely update of the DFARS and PGI.
