Being recognized for one’s efforts, especially when the effort is the result of something made with your own hands, is very gratifying. The American Small Business Coalition was recognized for our efforts the other day, thanks to the forum provided by our friends at Koprince Law. In short, we presented a webinar version on the topic of Simplified Acquisitions (a personal favorite for those that know me!) and it was very well received by the audience brought together by Steven Koprince and his team.
This particular presentation, delivered as a countdown, is meant to be fun for both facilitator and audience, while coming through with a high-level of practical information that can be immediately put to use. Here’s the graphic we use to promote the session (which is also offered as a seminar as well) and the very nice note forwarded to us by Steve Koprince:
To say we’re proud of this feedback would be an understatement. But we’re not going to rest on our laurels. We’ll be presenting this same session as a seminar in Reston, Virginia this coming week, and then delivering its ‘big brother‘ at the U.S. Department of Energy Small Business Conference in Atlanta later this month. We’ve been given two consecutive slots at USDOE’16 to facilitate part one and part two of ‘Finding and Winning Simplified Acquisitions‘ on Wednesday, May 25th beginning at 10:15AM. You can be sure our goal is nothing short of knocking it out of the park and helping attendees leave with information they can use to grow their knowledge, abilities and companies!
Following the close of the Department of Energy Small Business Conference on May 25th, we’re heading over to The Commerce Club Atlanta and hosting the B2G Business Mixer Atlanta on the 49th floor! I’m using some of my host passes to invite some of the GTPAC folks up for some fun and networking and hope you’ll join us, too!
