  1. What the article and Bob Lohfeld said is true – to a point. This is only 50% of the successful process. The other 50% is the ability to translate all of this into a winning proposal. I speak from experience, unfortunately. You can have all the insight, relationships, and everything else you want but if you can’t get this down on paper then its all for naught!
