Congressman Critz Recaps “Small Business Week” – Keystone Politics

To help small businesses continue to grow, the House Small Business Committee passed Critz’s “Small Business Procurement Improvement Act of 2012” (H.R. 4118) earlier this month. Critz’s legislation raises the limit so that any federal contract up to $200,000 must be reserved for award to only small businesses. The bill also increases the small business share of multiple award contracts.
